I had a nice stay at Graduate By Hilton Madison with its charming collegiate theme and fantastic location near the UW campus. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me. However, I did have some issues with the parking situation which could be better managed.

The King Suite I stayed in was adorable with a unique collegiate decor, though it was a bit cozy for my taste. The beds were comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.

I really enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant; the food was great and the view of the Capitol building was a definite highlight. It was a lively spot that added to the fun atmosphere of the hotel.

Valet parking was available which was nice, but it did come at a higher price. The hotel could improve on being more transparent with parking costs.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at Graduate by Hilton Madison. The location was a highlight, being close to campus and downtown attractions, but the room was quite small and left much to be desired in comfort. The staff were friendly, but some amenities like the breakfast options and parking fees felt overpriced for what I received.
Rooms
5.0
I found the room to be extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around, especially with a baby. The bathroom was even tighter (two people couldn't fit!), and the air conditioning wasn't functioning well, preventing the room from cooling down. Additionally, I noticed broken fixtures and a lack of cleanliness in the shower area.
Service
7.0
The staff were genuinely nice and willing to help with anything I needed. They made my stay more pleasant and accommodating, which I appreciated. However, my experience with the evening desk clerk was not as good as the daytime staff.
Location
8.0
The location is definitely a prime positive, nestled on campus and just a short walk from State Street with its shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring university landmarks, making it incredibly convenient for visitors like me.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast options were disappointing and limited—mostly cold cereal without any substantial vegan choices available. Although the café had a nice atmosphere, I was hoping for more varied meal options.
Facilities
5.0
While the rooftop bar had a nice view, overall, the hotel's amenities felt outdated. The gym equipment was old, and the only parking option was a pricey valet service.

I recently stayed at Graduate By Hilton Madison and had a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, close to campus and downtown, making it easy for me to explore the area. However, the room felt smaller than expected for the price, and I found it a bit noisy at times. While the overall atmosphere was enjoyable, with fun decor and a welcoming lobby, I was disappointed by some service aspects, particularly in the cafe.

My stay at Graduate By Hilton Madison was overall positive, though there were a few things that could be improved. The hotel's unique collegiate theme and decor made for a fun atmosphere, and I enjoyed the prime location near the university and downtown attractions. However, valet parking was a bit pricey, and I was disappointed with the limited restaurant menu. Despite those drawbacks, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing my overall experience.

The location is fantastic, just a block away from the campus and close to a lovely beer garden by the lake. I loved being able to walk everywhere I needed to go, especially to nearby dining options.

While the restaurant's rooftop ambiance was great, I found the menu quite limited, mostly focusing on fast food options which didn't quite meet my expectations. I would have enjoyed more varied choices during my stay.

I had a fantastic experience at Graduate By Hilton Madison, with a unique collegiate decor that made my stay nice. The location is excellent, just a short walk to both the UW campus and downtown attractions. However, the noise from the rooftop bar was a bit disruptive at times, especially in the evenings. Overall, I appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly with their willingness to assist whenever needed. 🌟
